Dear guests, according to the current government regulations in the Czech republic valid from July 9th we are allowed to accommodate only guests who are supposed to submit directly at our hotel´s reception one of the following before check-in: a) Antigen test or PCR test which is not older than 3 days on the day of arrival (we accept home tests only with verifying on the spot and signed affidavit). b) Vaccination card with with limits by Czech government or Vaccination´s certificate (14 days after the second vaccine). c) Confirmation of Covid-19 disease not older than 6 months. d) An affidavit from the employer about negative result of the guest which is not older than 72 hours before arrival. After 7 days of your stay you must to submit new confirmation about negative testing. Without this it is not possible to make your stay at the hotel.

Your reservation must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your expected arrival. For your reservation to be cancelled the cancellation notice must be sent to the email address of your reservation confirmation received immediately after reservation completion from the hotel. Or you can cancel your reservation by directly contacting the hotel booking office where you can confirm that you have cancelled your reservation. If this is not done the hotel will charge the guest the price of the first night. The paid charge is non-refundable.

The total price of accommodation will be charged by the hotel on the day of the guest’s arrival.

Please note that in the case of cancellation of the “Prepay and save 15%” reservation the hotel will charge the total costs of accommodation on the date of the reservation completion. The price for accommodation is non-refundable.
